Replacement/Refund Policy

REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

At REDDON, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer replacement or refund only in cases where the product is damaged during transit, subject to verification.


Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

You are eligible to request a replacement or refund only if the product is received in a damaged condition during transit.

To be eligible, the following conditions must be strictly followed:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • A proper unboxing video is mandatory

  • The video must:

    • Start before opening the package

    • Clearly show all four sides of the sealed box

    • Be recorded in one continuous, unedited shot

    • Clearly show the product while taking it out of the box

    • Clearly capture the damage, if any

Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.


How to Request a Replacement or Refund

If your product is damaged during transit, please email us at

Your email must include:

  • Order ID

  • Unboxing video (as per guidelines above)

  • Clear photos (if available)

  • Whether you are requesting a replacement or a refund


Pickup & Inspection Process

Once we receive your request and the initial verification is successful:

  • We will arrange a pickup from your delivery address

  • After the product reaches us, it will undergo proper inspection

  • The product must be:

    • Unused

    • In original condition

    • The same product that was originally shipped


Replacement Process

  • If the inspection is approved, a replacement will be initiated

  • Exchange/Replacement delivery will take 7–10 working days, subject to stock availability

  • If the product is out of stock, a refund may be offered instead


Refund Process

  • If a refund is approved after inspection, it will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 working days after approval

  • You will receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated

  • Bank or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account


Important Notes

  • Replacement or refund is not applicable for:

    • Used products

    • Requests without proper unboxing video

    • Damage caused after delivery

    • Minor packaging wear without product damage

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except when the return is due to verified transit damage.
