At REDDON, we sell motorcycle care spray products like chain lubricants, chain cleaners, and helmet cleaners.
❌ No Returns After Delivery
Once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned.
These are spray items. After opening, it is not possible to know whether the product has been used or not.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for these products.
Returns are not allowed for:
Change of mind
Not liking the product after delivery
Opened or used products
Products sent back without approval
Exchange / Replacement Only (If Damaged)
If your product is damaged during delivery, you can ask for an exchange or replacement.
To be eligible:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
A clear unboxing video is mandatory
The unboxing video must:
Start before opening the package
Show all sides of the sealed box
Be one continuous, unedited video
Clearly show the product and the damage
Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Pickup & Inspection
REDDON will arrange the pickup if your request is approved
The product will be inspected after it reaches us
Final approval depends on the inspection result
